Kenneth H. Pearson, 68, passed away on March 12, 2021. He was the beloved husband of 47 years to his high school sweetheart Paula M. (Lingham) Pearson.
Ken was born on August 1, 1952, to the late Robert Pearson Jr. and Louise (Olson) Pearson, in Brockton, MA.
Ken graduated from East Bridgewater High School in 1971 and finished his working career at Genzyme in Allston, MA.
Ken was known for his love of gardening, fishing, kayaking, and corvettes. He also enjoyed strolls with Paula along Plymouth Harbor and Nantasket Beach. His most notable accomplishment was being a great family man. He will be greatly missed.
He was the devoted father of Robert Pearson, Karrie Pearson and partner Richard Babcock, Abby Pearson and partner Abhishek Kumar. Loving brother of Roberta Peterson, Karen Goldman and partner Brad Prudhon, sister-in-law Suzanne Lingham, and uncle to Louis Goldman, Aric Peterson, and Dean Peterson. He will be profoundly missed by his grandchildren Tristian Lawn, Kenny Pearson, Skyler Pearson, Isabella Kumar, Arlo Kumar, and Aidan Kumar.
Calling hours will be open to the public at theBlanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Route 58 at rotary) Whitman, MA on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. with a private funeral service on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Burial will be in the Mount Vernon Cemetery in Abington.
