Stephen Brian Goldman, 59, passed away surrounded by his loving family on September 30, 2022.
He was born on November 26, 1962 to the late Julian and Joan (McGuirk) Goldman Jr.
Stephen began his career working on Wall Street in New York City, but then moved to Massachusetts where he decided to further his education. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University, and was very proud to work for MIT for the next 32 years.
He was the devoted husband to Brenda (Mahar) Goldman, with whom he shared 32 years of marriage.
He was the loving father to Kevin Goldman, and his fiancé Melissa Pothier, and Jason Goldman, and his wife Kelsey.
Stephen was the brother to Colin Goldman, and his wife Christie of Connecticut, and Marianne Stordeur, and her husband Glenn of New York. He was predeceased by his brother, Christopher Goldman.
He will be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
He loved being a sports official for basketball, baseball, softball and soccer games. The most important thing to Stephen was his family, and he greatly treasured spending time with them.
Friends and family are welcome to gather for Stephen’s Funeral Mass on Wednesday October 12, 2022 at 11 am at St. Pius V Church, 215 Maple Street Lynn. Please meet directly at the church.
