Raymond “David” Ash, 63, passed away on March 25, 2026, following a courageous battle with ALS. He was the devoted husband of Karen (Hendee) Ash, with whom he shared 36 wonderful years of marriage.
Born in Danvers on July 13, 1962, he was the son of the late Richard Ash and Barbara (Begin) (Ash) Morin. He was also blessed to have loving bonus parents, Nancy Ash and her companion Gary Pearson, and the late Roland Morin.

David had a long and successful career in the electrical field. A devoted family man, he cherished time with his loved ones, traveling, snowmobiling, skiing, and enjoying countless adventures together.

In addition to his wife Karen, he is survived by his three children and their spouses, Jeffrey and Abbi Ash, Jason Ash, and Megan and Andrew Gallione, all of Danvers. He was the proud grandfather of Myka, Daxtyn, Jameson, and Callan.

He is also survived by his siblings, Rick and Lisa Ash, Diane and Jeff Van Knowe, Susan and Christopher Ayles, Doug and Kimber Morin, Duane Morin, Paula and Mark McHale, Matthew and Jennifer Morin, and Kristy and Teddy Saint Pierre, as well as his in-laws, Steve and Mary Kay Hendee, Sue Hendee, Mike and Ginger Hendee and many nieces and nephews.

David’s celebration of life will be held from 1:00PM to 4:00PM on Friday, April 3rd, 2026, at Danversport Waterfront, 161 Elliott St., Danvers. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Dave’s life.
