Mark A. Lamusta, 62, a lifelong Lynnfield resident died on Sunday, December 2 at the Mass General Hospital.

Born in Boston on June 26, 1956, he was the son of Richard Lamusta, Sr. of Lynnfield and the late Janet (Wright) Lamusta.

Mr. Lamusta was a graduate of Lynnfield High School, Class of 1975 and Northeastern University. He was an airline agent for American Airline for 37 years. Mr. Lamusta enjoyed motorcycle riding with friends or alone, especially cruising the Kangamangus Highway in NH. He treasured his family and friends and most of all his wife and children. As well as his pets, Buster, Lola and Houdini. He was a wonderful man who treated everyone he met with respect and kindness. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his father, Mr. Lamusta is also survived by his wife Darlene M. (Long) Lamusta, his daughter Rachel M. Lamusta of Lynnfield, his son Marc C. Lamusta of Lynnfield and his two brothers; Richard Lamusta of Lynnfield and Stephen Lamusta of Woburn.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Maria Goretti Church, 112 Chestnut St., Lynnfield at 10am. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Lynnfield. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-8pm.
