Rockport – Janet Golden, 67, of Rockport, was a very devoted, loving partner of 32 years to Michael J. Loiacano, who was the love of her life. She passed away quietly with Michael by her side after a lengthy battle with ALS. Janet was very loving, caring and devoted to her family. She was born in Mattapan, MA on January 12, 1953 and was the loving mother of Jason M. Golden of Manchester-by-the-Sea and also survived by her sisters, Ann F. Clayson and her husband Nick of County Clare, Ireland and Patricia E. Cloutier and her husband, Richard II of Spokane, W A; her very special aunt Antoinette Wisowaty (Ciocia Toshy) and nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. She was predeceased by her brother James E. Warren of Dorchester, sister Marian J. Warren, mother Natalie Falvey, stepfather, William D. Falvey and father Manning E. Warren.
Per her wishes, services will be held privately at a later date. Donations may be made to Compassionate Care ALS. Arrangements are by the Greely Funeral Home, 212 Washington St. Gloucester. Online condolences may be given at: www.greelyfuneralhome.com.
