Jamie A. (Wright) Robitaille, 70, of Hanson, passed away peacefully after a long illness on October 18, 2018.

Born in Weymouth, she was the daughter of the late James W. Wright and Eva M. (Ryan) Wright and sister of the late Margaret Pierce. Jamie is survived by her devoted husband Thomas. She was the loving mother of Dylan and his wife Glenys, Danielle and her husband Justin, Michael and his wife Melissa, and sister of Rita W. Smith.

Jamie was a graduate of UMass Boston. She worked for the Department of Transitional Assistance in Brockton, Mass., for over 30 years. She served as a union representative and union vice president for the local Chapter of SEIU. Jamies appreciation for art, music, and education was contagious, enriching the lives of her family and loved ones through her passion, influence and unending encouragement.

The family would like to thank the staff at Colony Center for Health and Rehabilitation in Abington for the care and compassion Jamie received.

Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 2 Maquan St, at the corner of Rte 14 and 58 in Hanson on Tuesday from 4 – 7 p.m. All other services will be private.
