CAPUANO, Frank P. Age 74, of Brookline, MA passed in peace with his children beside him on Sunday, October 17, 2021, after a courageous battle with ALS. Frank is survived by his children Franco Capuano and Nicole (Kevin) Sears, grandchildren Andrew and Matthew, and his sister Audrey Capuano. Frank will be forever remembered by family and friends as a loving father and brother, devoted “Nonno,” sports and jazz enthusiast, educator of substance abuse, and unceasing advocate of adolescent mental health.

The family would especially like to thank the staff of Mass General Hospital and his home caretakers, for their constant care and compassion, and his neighbors, who became his family, for their incredible kindness and support.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 28 at Wadsworth Cemetery in Sudbury, where Frank will be interred with his parents, Frank and Leah Capuano. Reverend Dr. Marjorie Matty will officiate. A celebration of Frank’s life will follow at 3:00 PM at the Chateau restaurant in Waltham.

The family suggests memorial donations to Compassionate Care ALS, PO Box 1052, West Falmouth, MA 02574 or at www.ccals.org
