CLARK, Elizabeth “Betsy” A. (Clark) 68 of Forestdale, MA passed away in her home on December 12, 2021 after battling the last year with ALS. Surrounded by her loving husband John to whom shared 37 years in marriage, her son Stephen and grandson Vincenzo. She was born to the late William and Alieen (Decker) Clark in Waltham, Ma on June 11, 1953.

Betsy was born and raised in Waltham, Ma. She graduated from Framingham State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Clothing & Textiles. A life-long teacher, she taught home economics in the Waltham school system for almost 30 years sharing her passion for sewing, baking and gifting, before retiring, followed by 15 years as a substitute teacher in the Sandwich School system. Betsy loved making happy memories with family and friends. She enjoyed sewing and photography, and was a brave world traveler. Betsy will be remembered for her thoughtful details in everyday life, her love of walks at the beach, and spending time at her favorite place on Earth, the Sandwich boardwalk.

She is survived not only by her husband John Anthony Miceli of Forestdale, Ma, her son Stephen and wife Sherein Miceli of Ashburnham, Ma , daughter Nicole Miceli of Charlottesville, Va grandchildren are Jack Witt, Julia Bessette, Ashley Bessette, Mackinsey LeBlanc, and Vincenzo Miceli, her siblings Mary Gilberto, Tom Clark, Karen Clark, and Stephen Clark and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday December 20, 2021 at 11am, a visitation will be prior from 10-11am. Formal visitation will be held Sunday evening 4-7pm, all will be held at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 154 Route 6A, Sandwich, MA 02563. Burial will follow the service at 12:30pm, Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Ave. Bourne, MA. The family requests for all who attend to wear something pink in her memory.
