REED, Barbara J. (Lane) Of Burlington, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2025.
Beloved wife of the late Russell “Red” Reed. Loving mother of Steven J. and his wife Heidi Rae of Kansas, Brian and his wife Sarah of Pennsylvania, and Lauren Reed of Reading. Adoring Mimi of Caleb. Cherished daughter of the late Florence (Brewster) and Eugene S. Lane, Sr. Dear sister of Rose Waszak and her late husband David, the late Janice and John Govostes, and the late Eugene S. Lane, Jr. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Norma Lane of Burlington; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. She will also be greatly missed by her granddog, Bella.
Visiting Hours will be held at the Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St. (Rte. 38), WINCHESTER, on Wednesday, June 25th, from 4-7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Church, 155 Washington St., Winchester, on Thursday, June 26th, at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment Pine Haven, Burlington.
