LANDAU, Sheldon 79, of Newton, died peacefully at home July 31, 2012 surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of Myra (Shafran) Landau. Dear son of the late Fay & Harry Landau. Devoted father of Jodi Landau Sieber & her husband Joseph Sieber; and Stacy Landau. Loving brother of the late Burton Landau. Cherished grandfather of Hillary & Jennifer Sieber; and Nicole, Joshua & Michelle Saylor.

Sheldon enjoyed an outstanding career as New England Sales Manager for Oscar Mayer and later with Carando Foods. Longtime member of Temple Shalom and Pine Brook Country Club and member of Board of Directors of N.E. Dairy-Deli Association.

Funeral Services at Temple Shalom, 175 Temple St., Newton on Thursday Aug. 2 at 11:00 A.M. Interment Beit Olam Cemetery. Memorial Observance immediately following interment at the home of Jodi Landau Sieber & Joseph Sieber until 6 PM and 7-9 PM and also Friday 1-5 PM.
