Obituary: Rosanna Gilligan

RGilligan, Rosanna M. (Abruzzese), of Malden, born on September 17, 1947, passed away on September 23rd at her home of natural causes.

A beloved mother of three sons, and grandmother of four, she loved spending time with and bragging about her family. She also enjoyed spending time with and talking on the phone to her friends, taking drives to the coast, playing games on FB, and cooking holiday meals for her extended family.

Rosanna was retired and was a former long-term employee of American Alarm, Honeywell Markets, and JM Fields. She is survived by her sons Larry Gilligan and wife Bonnie of Charlton, MA, Tom Gilligan and wife Michele of Allenstown, NH, and Brendan Gilligan and wife Aziza of Chelmsford, MA. She is also survived by her aunt, Elena Abruzzese of Arlington, and her four grandkids Erin, Daniel, Michael, and Emalee.

Funeral from The DeVito-O’Donnell Funeral Home 1145 Mass Avenue,ARLINGTON Friday at morning at 9:00 followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 in St. Eulalia Church, 50 Ridge St., Winchester. Interment to follow at Forestdale Cemetery in Malden.
