Luis Manuel Medeiros, 71, of Roma Street passed away on November 20th at home. He was the husband of Marie Fatima (Costa) Medeiros.

Born in Pico da Pedra, St. Michael, he was the son of Ema (Alves) Medeiros and the late Manuel Carreiro Medeiros. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his son Luis-Jared Medeiros and his wife Kelly; grandson Jared Medeiros and sisters Margaret Rodrigues and Emily Ferreira.

Mr. Medeiros attended school in Portugal and worked for Bristol Auto Body for 30 years before retiring.

His funeral services will be held Wednesday November 23rd, 10 AM from the George Lima Funeral Home 367 High Street with a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 AM at St. Elizabeth’s Church 577 Wood Street. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Bristol.
