Obituary: Lorraine “Lori” Mottola

West Warwick- Mottola, Lorraine “Lori” A. (Danis), 57, lost her courageous struggle with ALS on Saturday, July 5, 2014. She was the loving wife of John F. Mottola of West Warwick. Born in Warwick; she was the daughter of Eugene J. Danis Sr. of West Warwick, the late Phoebe (Lemois) Danis and stepdaughter of Helen Danis.
 
Besides her husband and father, she is survived by a son David R. Mottola of West Warwick; four siblings: Raymond Danis of North Kingstown, Eugene Danis Jr. of West Warwick,  Jacqueline “Jackie” Foster of West Warwick and Paul Danis of PA.  She was predeceased by her brother Roland.
 
Lori last worked at Graham Insurance Inc. as an insurance agent.  She will be remembered for her contagious laugh, and beautiful smile.  Lori loved cooking for family and friends and would want them to celebrate her life. Lori would like to acknowledge her Circle of Friends for the love and support they gave her each and every day.  Her husband and son will always be grateful for the exuberating life and love she gave them.   Lori’s motto was I’m not here for a long time, but I’m here for a good time.
