Loretta C. “Sissy” Galvin (O’Hare) of Weymouth, originally from Dorchester, died January 8, 2018 at the age of 72.

Beloved wife of Robert L. Galvin. Loving mother of Timothy Keenan and wife Megan of E. Bridgewater and Richard Keenan of Weymouth. Cherished “Nana” of Liam, Kiersten and Kylie Keenan. Loving sister of Carol Hammond, Joseph O’Hare, both of Weymouth, Stephen O’Hare and wife Debra of Abington, and the late Jack O’Hare. Sister in law of Mona Jones and husband Bill of Brockton. Dear friend of Elaine Anderson, Joan Thurston, and Nancy Bissett. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Loretta will be remembered for her witty sense of humor.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:45 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
