Allan Irving Burnstine born December 25, 1946 passed away on February 29, 2016 from a courageous and strong 5 year battle with Cancer.
Allan began working in the furniture industry at the age of 16 at Dixie Dinettes in Richmond, Virginia. During and after college Allan worked in retail furniture sales. After several years in retail he later became an Independent Furniture Representative where he worked for over 35 years in Florida.
He represented many dinette and furniture companies including Chromcraft, Pastel and CMI, which is owned by Allan’s family, for over 22 years.
A veteran of the furniture industry, he was very devoted to his customers and the companies he worked for. He was also faithful and loyal to family and friends. He will be greatly missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know and love him.
Allan is survived by his wife Karen Burnstine, his 3 children Dana, Benjamin and Andrew, and 2 grandchildren Evan and Bowen.
Allan was a member of Congregation of Reform Judaism in Orlando, Florida.
