Paul L. Wilbur, 66, of Livingston Manor, NY, went home to be with the Lord on January 22, 2025, at home surrounded by his family. Born on March 21, 1958, in Livingston Manor, he was the son of the late Frank and Martha Wilbur.

Paul worked for many years for the United States Postal Service. He took pride in his work and was a dedicated member of his community. He was also a devoted man of God who loved serving the Lord, his family, and others.

Outside of work, Paul enjoyed cooking and prepared many delicious meals for his family and friends. Paul loved the outdoors; he enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, and softball, always eager to be active and spend time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren. Paul’s presence and warmth were felt by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Joan, whom he married on May 16, 1981. Paul was a proud father to his three sons: David (Ashley), Steven (Helena), and Timothy. He cherished his role as a grandfather to Braxton, Connor, and Raelynn. Paul is also survived by his siblings: Chauncey, Kathleen, Alaine, Lettie, Tonya, Patricia, Bonnie, Cheryle, and Ken, as well as many nieces and nephews, who will miss him dearly.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788.
