Milton – Dustin Leif Keelty, 46, Died peacefully at home December 21, 2021, surrounded by his loving family following a courageous battle with ALS.

Dustin was born on March 18, 1975, in Burlington, the son of Leif David and Sally (Goodrich) Keelty. He graduated from Milton High School in 1993 and Vermont Technical College in 1996.

Dustin married Karen Daly on August 19, 2000, at St Ann Catholic Church in Milton and have raised their two beautiful daughters in Milton.

He worked for East Shore Drywall, Farrington, and KR Adams Construction before holding many positions within the Town Of Milton Public Works Department. He served on Milton Rescue for several years. He proudly served with many members of the department over the years including his two daughters.

He enjoyed spending time with family and friends camping, kayaking, spending time outdoors, and driving throughout the United States. His greatest accomplishments in life were his daughters. He was the type of dad that tried to never miss a field trip, doctor appointment, game or school activity. His family was his top priority. You always had to be on your toes with Dustin because he was never one to miss an opportunity to lighten the mood with his sense of humor.

He is survived by his family, his loving and caring wife Karen and their spectacular daughters Kendra and Kylie of Milton, his parents Big Dave and Sally Keelty of Milton, his sister Amy (husband Wey) Benway of Milton, his brothers.
