The Hot Cocoa Run (HCR) is a small “grassroots” event which started in 2007 as just a fun get together among friends who were fundraising for charity. The first 9 years were hosted right out of my driveway and since has expanded throughout the community to include a 10k Run, 5k Run/Walk and a 1 mile Family Frolic/Dog Walk. This event is great for all families, pets, and communities to come together and support an amazing cause. A portion of this year’s event will benefit Compassionate Care (CCALS) in memory of Claire Gormly Collier. Join us for a day of hot cocoa, peppermint Schnapps, and miscellaneous treats and fun!
